Title: Best mouse ever Date: July 4, 2009
Product Uses: the cordless one is the best!

Review:I use this same mouse at work so I bought it for home use. This is the second one I've bought. I'm still using the first one I bought a couple of years ago but decided to buy a back-up. Every time I find something terrific, the mfg, usually stops making it! I no longer have elbow or shoulder problems since I started using this mouse!

ProsThe TrackMan conforms to your hand like a glove. It's comfortable and the ease of use is unbelievable. It doesn't require a lot of space like that of a mouse.
ConsIt uses a USB port.

Review:I wish I would of bought this instead of a bluetooth mouse.

Title: Very easy to use... Date: May 14, 2008
ProsRather than repeat all the Pros & Cons already mentioned in the previous reviews I will just mention one of my own. You can sit back with the mouse on your leg or stomach and do much of your navigation. If you put the Windows 'Mini Keyboard' on the taskbar, you can (generally) use it for a one handed wireless keyboard controller. I used to have the wired version of this trackball, and it fit my hand well, so I had no concerns about that. It is very comfortable to use.
ConsDoes not track as fast as my corded laser mouse, but I expected that. Also, since I have 2 mice, I made sure the other mouse has sensitivity adjustment. Since Windows doesn't really expect mutiple mouse devices, you cannot normally set the sensitivity to a value that is appropriate for both mice. With one having sensitivity adjustment, you can have both mice set like you want them. This is -very- imprortant if you wish to use two mice. I recommend this sort of setup to anyone...comfort or accuracy, depending on what you need at the moment.

Review:Good value. Takes very little effort to operate.

Title: Great for arthritis sufferers Date: May 12, 2008
ProsErgonomic
Great for those who have arthritis in joints from overuse of regular mouse
ConsTakes a little getting used to, but worth it

Review:I purchased this at work and now at home. I use the computer and mouse all day in my work and have developed arthritis in my finger joints from over use of mouse. This has really helped, but has not not totally done away with the pain.

Title: Great product but the receiver is too big! Date: April 17, 2008
Pros-wireless freedom
-stays in one place so you don't need any room to move it around
-fits any size hand well
-large buttons
-very comfortable
-needs only one AA battery
-it looks cool
-it has a nice color (similar if not identical to that of an inspiron's keyboard, silver/grayish)
-about 8 feet range (even though only 6 are advertised)
-smooth optical technology
-the scroll wheel is smooth
-rubber things on the bottom to grip the table
-the trackball is red so its easy to tell is apart from the rest of the mouse
-works with vista
-it comes with an installation CD but I didn't install it and it works anyway
-you use the trackball with your thumb which is much easier to control than any other finger
-the mouse and the receiver are pretty light
-connects with usb and comes with an adapter that plugs into ps2 and a usb port comes out
-the receiver and the mouse don't have to be oriented in certain way, it works in all directions
-receiver powered by usb
-only 3 cons
Cons-the receiver is not like a flash drive, it is wired and about half the size of the mouse, this takes away some of its portability but its not that bad (biggest con)
-you need a fingernail to open the battery compartment but this is not so bad because you don't need to replace the battery often
-about every week you have to take out the trackball (the trackball snaps in an out of place, no assembly involved) and run your finger over the three plastic things that hold the trackball in place and the optical eye and clean out the dust and debris that gathers in there (I don't know how that stuff gets in there) (cleaning the trackball should take about fifteen seconds)

Review:I had a corded one of these on my desktop and I loved it. Now that I got a laptop (a dell, of course), I decided I would get an external mouse (I REALLY HATE LAPTOP TOUCHPADS!), and I was debating between this mouse and a corded one of these logitech trackballs. I decided that I would get a cordless one for portability reasons. I was very disappointed when I got it because it wasn't quite as portable as I thought because the receiver is too big! If the receiver was like a flash drive, this mouse gets 5 stars without thinking twice.

Title: Cordless...............???? Somewhat Date: April 9, 2008
ProsEasy setup and user interface. Comfortable feel. I always had a LogiTech Trackman.
ConsReceiver is corded. I thought that the USB receiver would be a small device that plugged into the USB port. The receiver has a cord and it is half as large as the trackman. Not suitable for a plane ride

Review:They should have included a picture of the interface. I brought it for my laptop to travel with it, but now use it at home.

Title: EXCELLENT Product Date: March 8, 2008
ProsEasy to use, batt. life has been good. I have always had a corded trackball and loved it. Thought I would give this one a try. I love the flexibility with wireless. I use this product on my office desk and have had no problems using anywhere on the desk or my lap if I am lounging back in my chair reading reports, etc... I highly recommend this product if you like using the trackballs style.
Consnone. Well maybe different colors if you want to be picky. lol

Title: Go wireless or go home! Date: January 21, 2008
ProsSetup was a snap. Easy to use after training my thumb to act as a cursor. This took about 2 weeks to master. That's not bad considering I only spend about 12 hours a week on my computer. For those who use it more often I'm sure the thumd retraining tine will be significantly reduced. Line of site range is impressive! Ergonomic design is the big plus. You simply rest your palm in a natural contour of the design point and click. You never have to move it from whatever comfortable position you've placed it in.

Review:I recommend this product with high marks.

Title: Great value and Best Mouse Date: December 22, 2007
ProsJust the right size and placement of wheel, and scroll
ConsTake a day or so to get the most from the Track Man wheel

Review:Best trackball out there. It takes time getting use to not moving mouse itself. Everything moves with your thumb and scroll wheel. Due to arthritis and fibromygila I can use the trackball and have no problems. A fine trackball all around. Haven't seriously tested the range, which translates to working perfectly so far from any concievable distance where I can still read the screen. Sleek design is comfortable, esp. the right hand adaptation. The one and only drawback so far is the height positioning of the trackball relative to the buttons. The trackball on this mouse is better positioned than those between buttons on others, but I would like to see it placed higher, such that the hand is less twisted towards the inside. This is of course only noticable for extremely long periods of computer use, so if you're simply a daytime user, this is perfect for you.

Title: No more wrist pain! Date: December 8, 2007
ProsThis mouse was recommended to me by a man where I work whose wife works for the CDC. An ergonomic expert recommended it to her for her wrist, arm, and shoulder pain. After using the mouse for about 3 days, my wrist pain was gone! I'm just sorry that I didn't get one to use at home sooner. Dumb, dumb, dumb!
ConsNone - it's WONDERFUL!

Review:Try this mouse and see if it doesn't stop your carpal tunnel pain and numbness in your fingers and hand. IT WORKS!!

Title: longitude mouse wheel cordless Date: July 23, 2007
ProsI have been using this mouse for about 10 years or so and I no longer have any arm and neck pain. I can draw with it and play games too. I chuckle to see others struggle when they try to use my mouse, but if they persisted, they would not have to move their arm at all, and space is at a premium here, so it's most convenient. Hope you never stop making this particular mouse. And, with my new laptop, and my 4-D embroidery program, its a snap to use.

Title: I love my mouse! Date: May 15, 2007
Review:I bought a new computer for Christmas and gave my old one (with my old trackball mouse) to the kids. I was using the standard mouse that came with the computer which annoys me because I have to move the mouse around in order to highlight areas of text and webpages. Now I have the trackball which never moves (and it's even wireless). It's just so much better! Great item! Thank you.
