ProsA lot of bang for the buck, I like everything about the unit from the compact size to it's performance. I use this machine in my automotive repair business for running my business software, it does an excellent job. It is a quiet machine.

Prosgreat value for the money bar-none,, looked at other systems with same specs and none came close,, most only the tower,,, mine came with a 22" lcd widescreen ,, for $520 including taxes,,,
Consdvdr-w drive makes loud noises when used for ripping,, also no firmware updates for drive,, dell should have firmware on website for ease update,,
Review:would be nice to have a choice of other colors for the case so it can look and feel more of a custom build,,, blue, red, clear, purple, etc..

ProsGreat work machine. For the average user this PC will run most any windows software without a hitch. Unless your doing high end production of graphics or gaming it will fill almost all computing needs.
ConsOn board video could use a more ram.
Review:The reason I like video cards to have more on Board ram is for the viewing of pictures and video. Dedicated ram for video enhances performance of the system overall.

ProsWe have purchased 3 or 4 of these machines and so far they have performed perfectly. They are fast and I really like the lack of Bloatware it makes setting these up for our network a dream. They run very quiet which is very important in an office with 5 or 6 PCs running all at once.
ConsSo far the only dislike I have is the door for the CD\DVD ROM drive it opens in such a way you cannot use the eject button to close the Drawer and sometimes the tray catches on the door as it closes.

ConsOnly problem is location of button to open/close CD/DVD drawer, which is UNDER the door. Very difficult to press when drawer is open.

ProsNice black box with a clean front panel that hides CD/DVD and front access to additional USB and audio ports. The package on the Dell Deal was super. Plenty of memory, good sized hard drive and a sweet flat panel monitor. Still have the option to choose Win XP or Vista.

Review:There are better/stronger Dell desktops and workstations to choose from, however if you are looking for a value priced desktop for everyday tasks, this is the one for you.
