No, I do not recommend this product.
I want to save the planet, money and time...but sending the empty cartridge was easy...getting new ones..not to easy.Two months, no ink not even an e-mail explaining what is going on. I called today they are out of stock. So now I have a great printer, without ink.

Yes, I would recommend this product
I signed up for the ink program. It was going well in tbe beginning and then all of a sudden I just fell off the map with Dell. This ink is very ridiculously expensive and doesn't last very long. I submitted my return "empty?" cartridge and that was that. I never received the promised new one back (fortunately I wasn't charged for one). I called Dell and well, if you have had experience with Dell reps, the help is less than adequate. The program is a good one if it worked like it should. Sorry, Dell, thumbs down!!

I bought a new Dell all-in-one printer as my very old HP was going to be in need of ink. I got a good price on the new one and thought it was a great deal. After printing probably less than 40-50 sheets(some only black) my color ink is running out. I can't believe that is all it lasted. At this point I don't know if it is worth buying more.

When I first started using this service I thought it was a great idea, but recently I've had trouble with it. First, one of the ink cartridges they sent was defective, but after some trouble, they replaced it. But then my computer showed the cartridge half full when it was actually out of ink. Next, I ordered two cartridges, but they never came, leaving me inkless for over a week until I finally bought ink at Staples. It turns out that it is actually easier to just run down to the store and buy a cartridge than to try to deal with customer service at Dell.

I feel like I just ordered an ink cartridge and now I am out, why don't these cartridges last?? Now I need to buy another one and feel like the ink dried up or just ran out too quickly. Very disappointed, ink is expensive.

I was using the return envelopes with no problem until lately. I received the ink cartridges but NO return envelopes. after speaking to 3 different people at 2 different phone numbers, only to be disconnected by the last person. I enjoyed the ease of just putting the cartridge in the envelope and was going to recommend it to a friend who just bought her first Dell but now I'm not sure I'll do that. It's very frustrating.

I just bought 2 Ink cartridges and they have either ran out or they have dried up way too soon. This is very disappointing. I don't print that much but when I do need to print out something I would like to be able too without always buying ink cartridges.

Very unhappy that you do not accept the Dell Credit Card for the ink exchange program. I can't get ink for my Dell printer from anywhere else but Dell! See if I EVER buy another printer from Dell again!

I love this product as I can not easily get to the store to buy new cartridges with out bothering someone else. I drop it in the mail and the new ink arrives days later. I am glad I joined as I always have ink to print out the grand kids drawings!

I was a little skepticle that this program would work, but I am extremely staisfied with how fast I received the ink. I dropped the spent cartridges in the mail and had them back in five days and I never left my house!

Not happy-having used the new ink cartridge [color and black]delivered by Globalware Solutions (ink save) once in printing news letter then my printer said there was a cartridge error, tried my old cartridges and no error, put new ones back in and error was noted again.
Just a note about ink prices-the prices for Office Depot brand ink-for my printer-is more the Dell's prices.

Can't recommend buying into "ink-saver"

No, I do not recommend this product.
Dell ink pricing is entirely too high, so I was looking for a way to save money, time, gasoline, etc. I signed up for the auto-replacement program. The product was received IMMEDIATELY and in good condition, no argument. HOWEVER, the capacity was so diminished that the first cartridge was exhausted within approximately 4 months: this was at least 4 months sooner than the cartridges I had ordered before joining the ink-saver program. I can only surmise that the cartridges sent under ink-saver are refurbished, as there is NO other explanation for the same cartridge, under the same use conditions, lasting less than half as long. I would not recommend this program to ANYONE.

Time saving now that I am doing this program I always have ink. I am shocked how easy this is and how I do not worry about running out of ink. I can not believe that I waited to join. I do not usually write reviews but had to while I was dropping one into an envelope!

This program works great for me as I am a small business owner and I can never leave my store to get supplies. I just drop it in the mail and by the time I run out again I have ink on hand. With gas prices rising I would rather not drive any more then I have too.
