ProsWe bought this for our home office and are extremely satisfied. Delivery was quicker than expected. The appearance is great, and we now have more space on our desk, despite the significant increase in the size of the screen. We do a lot of work with photographs and this monitor has super. Finally, the price was fantastic. We researched the purchase thoroughly and Dell beat them all.

This monitor is pretty awesome, the picture is out of this world, this was a replacment for a 4 year old Dell 19 inch flat panel and when i saw the picture I was blown away, everything became better on this screen, I'd recomend this monitor to anyone looking for a great, cheap flat panel.

ProsI receive my monitor within 24 hours of purchase (which should have taken 3-5 days UPS ground). I was shocked at the speed in which I had it in my hands. 24 Hours is a record for any purchase I've made in years unless I requested overnight delivery which I did not do here. I absolutely love it! I researched every type of monitor from 17"-19" (within my price range) and after looking at hundreds of deals from several different manufacturers, online websites, and ebay, I came back to Dell. I've only had it a few hours, but my life has changed for the better. What a way to start out a new year. Extremely easy to set up, turn on...Waalaa! Beautiful color and sharpness. Thank you Dell!

ProsI purchased two of these monitors. Very nice as a dual monitor setup. Works very nice. Good color and picture sharpness even on analog. for the money you can't go wrong. Some people have complained about the glossy display. No complaints here.
ConsDell shipping leaves a bit to be desired. It took a full week for my purchase to arrive. Four days for dell to ship. This is absurd. I could have ordered the same monitors elsewhere for just a few dollars more and had them in half time or less

Review:One of the monitors had a bright dot in the upper right hand corner. Called tech support rubbed the area on the screen with my finger per tech supports recommendation. No more bright dot {bad pixel}...good job tech support
