Title: Perfect implementation, not so clear screen

ProsThe screen is crisp and a little bit too bright. No dead pixels! This is excellent after 6 months of use. Definitely order this with the sound bar if you're setting up a space-efficient workstation for use in a space-constrained space, such as in a bedroom. The speaker is powered by the monitor and turns off when the monitor turns off (and when it power-saves) which is a huge plus since many monitors don't power the sound bar.
ConsThe monitor has the highly-reflective screen that helps bring the colors, but this is a cheap TN panel and it shows. Cleartype fonts have artifacts, but at this price it's acceptable. Too bright whcih might contribute to washed-out colors, but there is color-management software in the monitor. USB hub inside the monitor turns off when the monitor turns off which is a problem with all monitors with USB hubs.
Review:The camera is a Creative Live! camera. It appears to be the USB 2.0 640x480 version of that camera. It is aimed well.

Review:When i got this monitor, it was lower priced than it is now, but only by about 25$. I would still buy this monitor at this price. It is great. Recommended for anyone. I dont use the webcam, so i dont know anyhting about it. I most likely will not use it either.

ProsWell designed & solid construction, but the frame is too clear. Simple to install with DVI & VGA. I had to return the 1st SP2008WFP because the upper left corner was a little bit brighter than the 3 others. I received the second, fast shipping, with excellent image quality, black is black, white is white, color are beautiful. Incredible photos at 1680x1050, better than I expected. Good contrast, fast response time. I got it on sale for $229, very good price with it’s quality. I didn’t hesitate to buy 4 years CompleteCare and Tech Support with it & my new XPS 420 system. I am very pleased with this wonderful DELL Monitor and recommand it to YOU, as well as all my friends

Pros-Built in webcam is good with dual microphone, can be used with Windows Live Messenger or other IM program. -High resolution, best view at 1680x1050@60hz using DVI. -Large display, 20". Great quality images.
Cons-Can only tilt LCD, can't adjust stand height.
Review:-LCD can get warm at the top, but that's normal.

ConsI run a duel monitor set up and now have to buy another one of these. Not really a bad thing but after I received this monitor and hooked it up the others will be thrown in the garbage.

ProsI have an E1705 laptop that I hooked this monitor too. My 17-inch laptop screen is as good as this 20-inch monitor, but what a difference 3 more inches make. I love the built in camera and mic. Most computer cameras are 1.3, but this is 2.0 megapixel. I'm having a blast playing my PC games on a larger monitor and IM with my friends through the webcam is awesome. I recommend this monitor to everyone.

Title: Horrid Colors

ProsThe only pro about this is that i got the 20" widescreen display as a replacement for my broken 20" 2001FP
ConsColor quality and picture is horrid. Text is too sharp, hard to read at the recommended resolution. Being a professional printer with pre-press and digital art experiance, i wouldnt recommend this monitor to use for a child. Grays have a yellowish blue tint, it's way to bright so you cannot get good shades of black and the refresh on it is also subpar.
Review:I'm glad it's free, but i may call dell back and send the 2008 i got as a replacement back.

ConsI bought this for gaming with my new XPS 420. When I tried to play my games image was good when standing still but as soon as I moved it got very blurry. I was unable to play my games and was left very frustrated. I tried to adjust the monitor then made changes to graphics card but nothing helped. I then hooked it up to my old computer and had the same problems. So problem is not the computer. I hooked up my old CRT and will look for another monitor.
