ConsBlacks are great, but I wish they were deeper.

Color, though eye-popping, seems to be limited in range compared to a regular CRT or a 10-bit panel. This is only noticeable in the deeper shades of gray, and in a few other colors. Only a keen eye will catch this range discrepancy.

Review:This monitor looks amazing even using an RGB HD-15 jack, and PS3 looks fantastic on it through an HDMI-DVI cable running in 1080P and 720P. And not only are the images coming from it fantastic, the visual design of this monitor is very pleasing to the eye as well.

I chose this model over a native 1080P monitor of it's size so that in it's crisp native resolution text would not be too small to read comfortably, and I was right. Text is nice and easy to read, and the images on this monitor are razor sharp. Being able to adjust the height to where it was comfortable was also a critical reason for purchasing this monitor.

If height/position adjustment of the screen and readability are crucial - you can't beat this monitor. If more resolution is what you want, you may want to sacrifice on the design quality and height/position adjustment and go with the newer 1080P LCD's from Dell.

Review:I find this monitor unusable and have ordered the 2408WFP instead. For me, the extra cost is well worthwhile. I was very disappointed with the 2208WFP - I have owned a 2004WFP for a couple of years and it is the best LCD monitor I have ever used. I expected the 2208WFP to be similar (given that is carries the same model number scheme and the same UltraShrap name). However, after receiving the monitor, I found that the image quality is nowhere near comparable.

Review:If I could snap my fingers and make the perfect monitor appear on my desk, that had everything I need, it would be this monitor. I still can't believe what I paid for it and I don't mean too much.

ProsGreat price and the colors are very vivid. I like the usb ports in the monitor. The stand is very nice looking and is very fuctional.
ConsI don't really have any but If I had to pick one it would be In very small text some of the letters look red like I's or 1's

ConsI bought this display with the idea to use it on my XPS400 and give my UltraSharp 20" to the boys to use on their new machine. I was disappointed that the new display did not support S-Video or Composite inputs like the older Ultra-Sharp. I would have thought if those had been eliminated they would have been replaced by an HDMI port. I gave the boys the new bigger but less function display and kept my old 20". The upgrade on their new machine from the 20" to 22" display size was relatively inexpensive so I would have taken the size upgrade anyway. Just disappointed in the reduction in input capability.

ProsThis is my first LCD monitor. Upgraded from a nice 17" CRT (16.1" viewable). What a difference!

Review:With the Black Friday discounts, this monitor was around $200.00. For a premium brand of monitor, this price was too tempting to pass up.

Prosused a spyder to correct color and gamma, and found the base setup real close. I use it for photo editing and retouch and it works just fine.

ConsMatte frame looks more industrial than stylish.

Prosgood mechanical design. Bright "crisp" text. Purchased 4 of these (2 for me, 2 for my dad) for general web-browsing & email.
Conscolor quality is typical for a TN panel. To call it "great" as some reviewers here have is misleading. Contrast is very dependant upon your viewing angle.

Review:Depending on your usage, this monitor may be just fine for you. With a discount, the price was hard to beat. Dell, if you're reading.. you're watering-down the Ultrasharp name.
