ProsI've had this monitor for about a month+ and I have no regrets. At $290 and free shipping it was a bargain. I haven't experienced any fringing or bleed problems that other have reported. Clear crisp text and excellent images.

ProsI am using this monitor with 3D Design software and the wide screen format and image quality are huge advantages when in these programs. The crispness of teh picture is great. I would recommend it to anyone.

ProsBeautiful display, crisp graphics, huge resolution. I use this monitor for my design work, and it is very accurate with crisp colors at every point on the monitor.
ConsNo adjustable height, tilt only. I wish I could raise it about 4 more inches so that it would align with my other monitors.

Review:I got this monitor to set up a work station with my Inspiron 1705. I work with a Architectural design program and the widescreen really helps with being able to see as much as possible. Bigger is always better but i'm not sure the 24" is worth the $$$$ Just becasue it's not a ultra sharp doesn't mean it's just a cheap screen. I've very happy with it.

ProsGood resolution for the price.
ConsThe only negative is that I ordered a soundbar to go w/ the monitor. Unfortunately, there is no place to plug the soundbar's power into the monitor. So Dell had to send me a power adapter.

ProsThe design of this monitor was what really closed the deal for me. Many other monitors have flimsy stands or look cheap by comparison. The picture quality is excellent. The widescreen is a boon for those who use multimedia frequently or like to multitask with multiple open windows. Overall, a great monitor for the price with little compromises.
ConsA swivel stand would have really sweetened the package.
