Title: Great Value For The Money!

ProsGreat value! Easy installation, perfect size for home use or office (not too big, not too small) and very nice clarity, color and detail. Nice, clean, unobtrusive, subdued design with the thin matte-black screen frame that we found espeacially pleasing - no shiny tuxedo-look plastic or flashy trim. We were very pleased with our previous E152FP still working fine after 4 years and expect to be even more pleased with this E228WFP 22 inch monitor. How did we manage without the wide screen before!
ConsIn terms of value for the price - nothing but praise - no negative comments here! Of course, additional standard features would be nice, like swivel and speaker bar, etc.; but then the price would be higher to accomodate inclusion of extras that are not "must haves" for every buyer. We did add the speaker bar.
Review:Good value for the money - we're very please with this product so far. Overall, we're also very pleased with our experience with Dell warranties, service and support, and we continue to recommend Dell.

ProsGreat image quality. Great price on dell.com/outlet. More than good enough for any office work.
ConsSwivel would be nice but is really non-essential with a monitor this light.
Review:We have a bunch of these in our office all bought as re-furb through dell.com/outlet. An outstanding buy and no problems whatsoever with quality or reliability. Highly recommended.

Prosfor the money you can't beat this monitor. Monitors with similar features from other manufacturers were always higher in price. Of course Dell starting a $25 off discount the day I decided to buy it didn't hurt.
ConsNon so far. I'm very pleased.
Review:I had to buy a new video card as my old one would not support the resolution needed by a widescreen monitor. That turned out to be a blessing as I went from a card with shared memory to a card with dedicated memory and not my computer runs faster. Who knew!

ProsBeing a Linux user, I no longer find myself squinting to make command entries into the console while reading from a document, with room left over for monitoring half a dozen other processes ! Excellent video quality as well.
ConsNo horizontal swivel but I like the way it can sit on the corner of my desk leaving room for other tasks, a good trade-off in My opinion.

ProsThis is a beautiful monitor, very stylish, very modern.
ConsThe screen is actually too big as it is larger than the 4:6 ratio required for photographs. The image seems stretched across the screen, and the resolution is not as sharp and clear as desired.

ProsExcellent Color. Great Size. Very mobile. Extra USB ports are great.
ConsColor bleed on edges. Narrow field of view.
Review:This is a great monitor. I use it for gaming and find the picture to be excellent. There is a small amount of color bleed on the edges, primarily black, but it's not terribly distracting. The color saturation is amazing, almost over-whelming. The field of view is somewhat narrow; if you don't look at it exactly level or in the center, the colors get much darker. Overall, this is a great monitor.
