Review:I ordered this item on a Monday morning and it was on my doorstep Tuesday afternoon. I replace some bulky Gateway speakers with these sleek Dell speakers. The sound quality is clear and gets great volume.

ProsCheap. That's the only positive I can say about them. VERY disappointed.
ConsCompared to the A215 model which these replaced, they are terrible. They have no volume to speak of. I run them at full volume and still have trouble hearing things. I suspect this is due to power coming from the usb as opposed to external power supply. I suspect that they are not shielded. This means if my cell phone is within 20 feet of the speakers all I get is interference. VERY disappointed

ProsI like this speaker, its exactly what they described. I picked it for price and look....fits the Grey/Black office look I have. The speakers are working well and have had no problems with it at all. The sound is clear and I can have it very low without any static. I am happy with these speakers and recomment it to all.
ConsI like it for work But would not buy it for home use. For the office it fine but for Home use when you want to blast it once in a while I would not recommend it for the range is limited.

ProsThe speakers are powered by usb so they don't require one of those huge power adaptors. Good value for a pair of speakers.
ConsBecause the speakers run off of usb they don't have as much sound depth as a larger self powered set of speakers would have.
Review:If you are looking for small speakers that still have good sound quality then this is your speaker set.

Prosthe speaker has a good sound quality for a valuable price
Consthere are some difficulties in installing the speakers, specially if your using a dell dimension, there would be a tendency that there would be only one speaker that is functioning... and it is very frustating, becasuse you just got the speaker for the first time, then the speaker is not functioning well.
Review:try to uninstall reinstall the sound driver, and also try to disable the USB enhanced host controller if your using a dell dimension desktop.
