ProsDelivery time is FAST. Easy to install and no problems with printing results.I enjoy my printer and have had no problems with it or computer.I'm 83 years old and all works well. If I should have a question my 15 year old grandson is most capable. He has shown me several tricks of the trade. In total, fine equipment and no problems.Grandson wants a top shelf laptop(Dell) and hope to be able to furnish for him one of these days. ConsI'm happy and completely satisfied with Dell.

Prosthe product is shipped quickly and arrives within 2 days of ordering. ConsPromotions could be a little better on the Ink as this product is pricey, but it does last a while.
Review:I would highly recommend a dell printer for the fact they last forever and the print quality is very good for an ink jet printer. Pictures print outstanding quality.

ProsThe cartridges come in very quickly. Except for one time when there was supposed to be a bonus disk, I have gotten everything I ordered. The cartridges work fine. When I tried a refill service, the printer did fine for a while then stopped printing. I used alcohol as described online and it was fine again. I will continue to use official Dell products. My black cartridge always works long after I receive a warning. One time when the cartridge stopped working right away, Dell sent me a replacement with no problem. Be sure to keep the invoice. ConsOnly source is Dell. The warnings are intrusive - everytime the printer is used.

ProsEasy to install. Fast shipping. ConsDries out too quickly requiring a lot of fiddling with it to get it to print. Have to run the printing utility to unclog the ink jets, and that wastes a lot of black ink as well as the color that is not clogged. I'd buy another brand if one were available. I keep hoping the next color cartridge will work better. It hasn't happened yet.

Proseasy to install ConsThe last two cartridges I used dried up before they should have. I didn't get to use them for even a month and they showed that there was still something in them but they didn't print. They are very expensive compared to other brands and I can't just run out and get another one if I am in the middle of a job.

ProsI am very pleased with the ink jet cartridges. I have ordered many since I ordered my Dell Computer 3 years ago. It prints very well making cards as well as printing photos. I most certainly wouldn't use a substitute.

ProsColor is great and it is very easy to install. Price is about comprable to others. Like the recycle envelopes! ConsDried out before I was even halfway through it. I don't print a lot, but it shouldn't have happened. Too pricey for that. Don't like the idea that the only place I can purchase this is from Dell. The wait (tho short) is a pain if the cartridge has dried out on me.
Review:Find a better way to keep these from drying out. I do not like ordering an extra because I'm worried it will be no good by the time I get around to using it.

ProsVery easy to install. Fast delivery. I LOVE that Dell provides the recycle envelope with free postage. ConsA little pricy but so are the other brands. My old one dried up before it was empty. I don't print a lot of color but I don't know if that was why. It still shouldn't have as far as I am concerned.

ConsMagenta will not print - if I'm going to pay $30 for a print cartridge, I expect it to work. I went through the new cartridge installation process and the cleaning process twice and it still won't print magenta!

ProsThe cartridges are easy to install and delivery was quick. ConsThe price of these cartridges are very high and they are small so that they hold less ink. You have to buy them more often and more than one to see any kind of savings. Also, can't buy them anywhere but on the Dell site.
