ProsGood quality printing ConsIf they get old, the quality diminish. The price is a big issue. Dell provides bags to return the cartridges, but they should give some discount for doing this.

ConsOn a recent order, the color cartidge did not contain any yellow ink. I have had similar problems on other orders.

ProsEasy to use, FAST shipping. ConsA bit of a hassle that I can only get ink from dell and there are rarely significant discounts to get an awesome deal. I spend over $500 a year on ink and that seems like a lot for family use.

ProsEasy, convenient order and delivery. The color is nice and bright, easy to read. ConsYou can only order it from Dell, it is a bit expensive and doesn't last long for the price, and when printing pictures it tends to be quite sticky and not dry well on photo paper.
Review:It is a convenient way to order ink and install it, but I wish they lasted longer and/or were a bit less expensive.

ProsEasy to install and always works great ConsWhile the free shipping is nice, Dell should contract with a retailer to sell their cartridges so that when you need them quickly, you don't have to wait for them to arrive. Also, they are a little expensive compared to other brands.

ProsThe printer and cartridges work very well for me. i love the many features of the printer, fax, copier and the performance of the carrridges is wonderful. Pictures and bulletins can be printed with clarity and high resilience. ConsSometimes too much ink is used when I print bulletins with pictures on them. It looks like the paper soaks it up. i have learned to make adjustments.
