ProsGood price, well-made product.
ConsPackage when you receive it says "works only with Dell KVM's". This information is NOT stated in the product information. Though it may work with your third-party KVM, it did not work with ours (Trendnet). Specifically, the keyboard worked but the mouse did not.

Review:Product information needs to be updated. I shouldn't be getting new information on the package after it arrives. ;)

Title: USB to PS2 Adapter Date: January 8, 2007
ProsWe got a new Poweredge 2900 server, and then realized that it had no PS2 ports for our existing KVM switch. We bought a USB to PS2 adapter locally, but it did not work. I ordered this and it has worked flawlessly and was very inexpensive. We are using an Avocent KVM switch.

Review:Dell does NOT do a good job of warning customers of this change on the 2900. It also has only a single serial port. So, there are NO PS2 ports at all, and only one serial port.
