Excessive trouble shooting time wasted.

No, I do not recommend this product.
Way too much time had been spent trouble shooting the same issue. I NEEDED A NEW PRINTER. Each time I called they wanted to troubleshoot before they sent a new printer; average time spent 90 min. The connection would link up but the next time I would print the connection would fail. The price of the printer wasn't worth the aggravation. I finally wrote DELL Headquarters and offered to throw the printer in the street and send them the pieces. After months of troubleshooting DELL FINALLY heard me and sent a replacement printer THAT WORKS.

No, I do not recommend this product.
Purchased this printer about two and a half months ago. It worked well for a month and now will not print. Have tried different qualities of paper and it continues to jam up as it is pulling through the the paper rollers. Thought I was getting a dell not a Lexmark printer

Problems with V515W printer

No, I do not recommend this product.
I purchased this printer as a Xmas gift. The person had difficulties with printhead errors constantly and used the forums, support and tech, with no success. I offered to try it out at my home. I installed on my laptop and desktop and experienced the same problem. I have had no response from Dell, unable to acccess the chat feature, etc.. I have spent countless hours trying to get this printer working and have given up. This printer only printed a few sheets and the error message does not go away. I am done with it and done with Dell. I could always count on Dell-no more.
