ProsI have never hooked up a wireless printer before, but I had this one up and running in about 30 minutes. The printer is of exceptional quality. And if this one wore out I would try to buy another just like it.

ProsUnlike the other reviews I had no problem setting it up on my wireless network. Love the quality of pictures it prints. Works so much better than my Dell 966w.

ProsExcellent quality printing. When it works, it works well. Good price.
ConsWireless connection issues led to 4 hours on the phone with Dell service. It's also big, about twice the size of my old printer.
Review:I bought this printer because I really wanted to decrease the clutter from wires and because I NEVER used the fax on my old one. I couldn't believe how heavy this one is when I took it out. In addition, network issues ended up not being fixable and after 4 hours on the phone with Dell I was able to repair the problem myself. Otherwise, it's a great printer that's easy to use and prints out good quality prints. I just wonder how much new ink will cost. . .

ProsVery sturdy & sleek. Scans and prints perfectly. Love the wireless & direct memory card print feature. Prints rather fast, and ink is not expensive. I would highly recommend!
ConsHad some trouble setting up the wireless setting from the installation CD, instead had to do it manually via Windows ... but not really a "con".

ProsVery friendly customer service. I talked to them more than my Mother since Christmas.
ConsWhere do I start...First the wireless just disconnects when it wants to and you have to go through 20 steps to reconnect and thats if it worked the first try. Then the thing started printing in PINK tones. We thought it was because maybe one of the colors was gone, so we bought new cartrages and we still got pink. Customer service had us soak the ink cartrage in water...which wasted alot of ink and we still got pink!
Review:I still prefer Dell products and think the Customer service is top notch but I have had nothing but a headache with this printer. I hope the return service is good too.

ProsI absolutely love this. It prints great and very quickly. Great product!
ConsI couldn't get it to hook up to the wireless network at first, so I had tech support help me and all I needed to do was reset the printer by unhooking everything and holding the power button down for 30 secs and then reconnecting. Everything was fine after that.

ProsThe printer was easy to install, and works great. The print is very clear, the display panel is easy to read, the paper tray hasn't jammed once, even with envelopes. What a change from our old printer.
ConsThe printer goes through an extraordinary process of preparing to print. It emits a long series of clicks, hums, and other sound effects before it actually feeds the paper and prints.

ProsSmaller than my previous all-in-one printer and more attractive. With the Kodak color technology, pictures print beautifully.
ConsNot a printer to use for everyday printing. Had problems setting it up &, as a former computer lab instructor, it wasn't my first printer to set up. I have paper jams frequently. Doesn't hold a very large stack of paper and paper feed is awkward to access. Have to constantly check the printer screen to make sure it is sending to the PC and not set on 'scan.' It requires too much monitoring for me!
Review:Wish that I hadn't been taken in by the reviews and price when I purchased it. Should have spent more money and purchased an all-in-one FAX printer like my last printer.
