Review:Very Happy with it.. no problems but the only costly part is the color ink wow its soo exspensive but the pictures and photo come out really nice and everyone i show them to are very inpressed by the shots so go ahead and dont worry its aa nice investment ..Happy dell customer!

Review:I have had my 968 for a year and a half. I have never had a problem with it.. It is efficient & prints excellent pics. Scanner works smoothly.. I ahve had hp's... this is the first dell i have owned... I highly recommned... No such thing as a perfect 10 though.

Review:I upgraded from an H-P All In One that I had for several years. After it started giving me trouble I decided to upgrade. Since i had bought a Dell computer for an upgrade and found it good, I decided "what the heck" and bought a 968 All In One Printer. Boy am I glad. It does more than the H-P, is easier to use and is very much faster. I really like it and hope to use it for many years.

Review:This is to all the people that wrote bad reviews about the Dell 968 Printer because of paper jams. It is not the printer. It is because you are using a thinner (cheaper) paper. I buy Ink Jet 24 weight paper. It will not feed 2 sheets at a time and it does not jam. I have 2 Dell printers (964 and 968) Neither of these printers jam or over feed. I do a lot of printing and the Dell printers are the very best.

Review:I love Dell and am on my 4th Dell computer. But the AIO968 Sucks. It sucks bad. I've had nothing but trouble with mine. It constantly jams. It constantly misfeeds. The jams are a pain requiring back door clearance. The manual is poor too. Ink runs out fast, is expensive, and cannot be refilled at the drugstores. Love Dell...absolutely hate this printer. I made a big mistake.
Fyi, when I read the reviews, many of the positive reviews sure look like plants to up the score. When you look elsewhere online you will see countless folks experiencing the same results as me. Dell should recall this printer and offer a comperable replacement.

Review:I don't generally print more than 1 page - just packing slips - my wife asked me to print a PDF 169 pages - guess what? After 3 pages it spits out two blank pages that jams - and inconveniently in the back of the printer (back door jam) - tech support did their little software thing but admitted before we started when I asked them if he had heard of this he admitted it was a hardware issue - naturally I bout it June and a year later September I go to print a multiple page document for the first time - so this was a real disappointment with Dell even though I've had Dell Dimensions since 2000 and now and XPS 9200 and Studio XPS.
Bottom line: don't buy if you want to print multiple pages. And what a shame, it's a beautiful printer - but if it won't prent then it's just plain worthless

Review:I had purchased the Dell 964 a couple of years back and it was functioning beautifully. I had to buy a new printer because a lightning strike fried the old one. Anyway, I love the functionality of the 968 - copy, fax, scan, print. It does everything I need. The quality is good - ink jet printers have a come a long way in the last decade. I would recommend this printer to anyone, especially if you are looking for a multi-function machine.

I get more paper jams than any other printer I've used, in fact EVERY single Dell printer I've ownde so far has ONLY been able to print 8.5 x 11 LETTR paper, and ALMOST NOTHING Else.
You CANNOT print more than 1 sheet at a time or it WILL jam on you! something is seriously wrong with the mechanism that feeds the paper. I almost broke my printer a few times, out of frustration; but I held myself back knowing I need this piece of trash. When it does work, It attempts to do a decent job. CANNOT print really good on Photo or Glossy paper. Especially dark colors. I've had over 200 paper jams in the last hour!

Review:All my hardware is Dell. I had purchased a used Brothers AIO and have had many problems with it, so when Dell was having a great sale on this All-in-One, I jumped and bought one on the Dell on line Shop. The shipping was free and I had it delivered and at my home in just a few days!
The set-up was easy, with simple to follow instructions and it was up and running in no time. It prints, scans, copies and faxes with ease....and of course, it intermingles with my Dell mainframe and software easily. I was able to download software without any problems since my hardware is a few years old and this 968 is a fairly new item for Dell.
I have had an excellent relationship with Dell and would highly recommend their products to anyone looking to upgrade or change. Their working relationship with Microsoft has also been a nice bonus as well.

Dell is a great company. I know I have dealt with them for over 8 years and made many purchases. Have they always been perfect? No. But if I had to give them a overall rating (1-10) 10 being the best it would be 9.8 I just hope they stay that way!

Review:I was excited that I had purchaced my first printer (Dell 968 all in one) and that I was going to be able to do great things with it. I recieved the printer and it was great. What wasn't great was the fact that it worked for about one year. I call and my warrenty was expired and was stuck with a large piece of plastic on my desk. I purchased a second since I liked it so much and even puchased a second paper tray to enhance its use. I puchaced it June of 09, and it too quit. It quit by late August. There must be a defect in this machine, and they keep selling them. I was greatful that it is being replaced due too the warrenty, but I can honestly say this is a very nice printer when it works. I also know that my hp 812C printer is old, is slow, (not an all in one,) but has stood the test of time and has been reliable.

Review:I bought the Dell 968 as a present for myself to use at work. After seeing them go on sale, I couldn't resist. We have the same type of all-in-one HP Deskjet in the buidling and it drains you trying to keep up with all of it's little side effects and hiccups. It also takes 5 ink cartridges and the scanner is not really that effecient. My Dell only uses two cartridges! After seeing my Dell printer in use for a week, my boss wants me to order the same printer for him! Our company is going to pay for both printers after seeing all the time saving features. I have used all Dell products at home and at work for the past 10 years and wouldn't go anyplace else. I prefer to use Dell ink cartridges, not imitations (as one reviewer put it). My printer is a Dell, why would I want to use anything else?
