Yes, I would recommend this product

My Organization has been using this product for approximately four years. We have not had to have the unit serviced.

It has been very reliable and stable. The front panel interface is very easy to use along with the Web client interface. Dell came out and installed and set this up for us and their service was top-notch.

I would not hesitate to recommend the unit to friends and colleagues.
